1. Orders & confirmation
All orders are confirmed once payment is received (via Razorpay) or once we confirm on WhatsApp for manual checkouts. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs.
2. Pricing & currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and converted to your local currency for display purposes only. Card payments may be settled in INR by our payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate. Currency conversion rates and any bank fees are set by your card issuer.
3. Shipping
India: standard shipping is free. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
International: shipping is handled by DHL or FedEx. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
You can schedule a delivery date at checkout (minimum 7 days for India, 15 days for international).
4. Returns & refunds
Because most products are customised for your wedding, they are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Digital products
Digital invites and e-invites are delivered by email or WhatsApp within the agreed turnaround time. Once the final file is delivered, no refunds are issued.
6. Intellectual property
All images, designs, and content on Wedshineglobal are the property of Wedshineglobal or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
